YACHT SOURCING CELEBRATES NEW OFFICE OPENING IN PHUKET DURING THE THAILAND YACHT SHOW
Yacht Sourcing attended this year’s edition of the Thailand Yacht Show from 9 to 12 January, in the renowned Royal Phuket Marina.
The Thailand Yacht Show is one of the most anticipated event of the year in the nautical industry for Southeast Asia. The show has been attracting boating professionals and passionate for 5 years. With a recent expansion in Thailand, Yacht Sourcing just opened their new office within the beautiful Royal Phuket Marina. A perfect occasion to hold a cocktail party, unveiling a brand new and modern office. Nicolas Monges, general manager for the Thai office and partner in Yacht Sourcing, was backed by the headquarters’ team from Bali who came for the event. They were able to put together a wonderful ambiance, thanks to the amazing support of Gulu Lalvani, Chairman of the Royal Phuket Marina and his team.

Starting off at sunset, live musicians put all the guests in the mood for the festivities. The Thailand Yacht Show was the perfect opportunity for Yacht Sourcing to gather a great crowd of professionals and VIPs. Champagne by courtesy from Nicolas Feuillatte, and delicious cocktails from BB&B were flowing for the 150 guests that were attending the party, along with a tasty buffet from the well-known 9th Degree restaurant.
The success of this night is a great kick-off for Yacht Sourcing business in Thailand. It predicts a bright future with great charter listings and new yacht operations. It also reflects the expansion of the company around Southeast Asia on numerous projects, from building wooden boats and selling their shipyards’ models, to crew and yacht management, charter and even marina development.
