Copywriting: Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including monthly email newsletters, LinkedIn and Instagram posts, website copy, and proposal materials.
Proofreading: Review and enhance the quality of Yacht Sourcing collateral including proposals & website, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team as needed, including but not limited to:
– responding to inquiries
– managing the CRM & database
– managing client relationships
– liaising with accounts for invoicing
– helping to coordinate sales activities.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, post engaging content, and respond to inquiries on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with the overall marketing strategy.
Proficiency in English both written and verbal
Exceptional writing skills with an ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with the sales and marketing teams
Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering excellent client experiences
3-5 years working experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in copywriting, customer services, content creation, and/or social media management
Familiarity with the yachting industry and/or luxury market is advantageous
